System Replacement - Supermarket

As the rainwater harvesting maintenance provider for a major supermarket chain, Stormsaver are used to responding quickly. However, when a rainwater harvesting system needs a full replacement it can take much longer to manufacture and allocate engineers to install the control system.

On a recent visit to this site, the Stormsaver team had assessed that the system was beyond economic repair and it was in the pipeline for a Stormsaver replacement. However, before this replacement was approved by the client, the system failed. The failed system had originally been provided by an alternative supplier and had not been operating properly for some time. As a result, our client was forced to close some of their facilities due to a lack of working toilets.

Stormsaver were able to respond within just 48 hours, getting the store back on mains water with a brand new replacement control panel. As well as supplying the control panel and parts, our team were able to offer a comprehensive installation solution which gave the client complete peace of mind over the process. The FM team and the store colleagues were overjoyed with our response and the hard work and long hours spent by our installation engineers, to get them back up and running as soon as possible.
